Policy Status: Strict Final Sale

No Returns or Exchanges

Every product at [ Hansika Adhyatmi ] is custom-printed specifically for your "little moment" at the time of purchase. Because of this personalized nature, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection (Please refer to our Size Chart before ordering).

  • Change of mind or "buyer’s remorse."

  • Slight color variations (standard in digital printing).

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will provide a one-time free replacement.

  • Deadline: You must report the issue within 5 days of delivery.

  • Mandatory Requirement: You must provide a clear unboxing video and photos of the defective product and packaging.

     

  • Note: Without an unboxing video, we cannot process a replacement as per our printing partner's (Qikink) requirements.

 

Order Cancellations

Because we aim for the fastest delivery, the production process begins almost immediately after an order is placed. Cancellations or changes can only be made within 2 hours of placing the order. After this window, the item has already entered the printing phase at Qikink, and we cannot stop the process or issue a refund.

Color & Print Variations

Please note that the colors of the final product may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. This is due to different monitor calibrations and the nature of Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing on fabric. Such variations are not considered "defects" and do not qualify for a replacement.

Size Tolerance

In the garment industry, a margin of ±0.5 to 1 inch in dimensions is standard. Please consult our size guide carefully. We cannot offer a replacement if the product falls within these standard manufacturing tolerances.
