Shipping Time: 2–5 business days across India

Total Estimated Time: You can expect your package within 4–5 business days after placing your order.
Tracking Your Order
Once Qikink dispatches your order, you will receive an automated tracking link via email/SMS. You can follow your package from the warehouse to your doorstep.
Undelivered Packages (RTO)
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address or if the customer was not available, we can re-ship it for you. However, a re-shipping fee will apply. We hold returned packages in our facility for 100 days before they are discarded.
Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including a valid phone number. If a package is returned to us (RTO) due to an "Incomplete Address" or "Customer Not Available," the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping charges to resend the item.
Service Delays (Force Majeure)
While we usually deliver within 5–8 business days, shipping times may be extended during peak festive seasons (like Diwali or Holi), public holidays, or due to extreme weather conditions and logistics strikes. We appreciate your patience during these rare events.
Lost in Transit
If your tracking information shows that the package was delivered, but you haven't received it, please contact the local courier branch immediately. Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the courier service, our responsibility ends.
