By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

SECTION 2 - CUSTOM PRODUCTS & EMOTIONAL CONTENT

Our products are designed to celebrate personal and family milestones.

  • Finality of Sale: Every item is custom-printed upon order. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that the product is uniquely made for you and cannot be resold.

  • Content Accuracy: We are not responsible for any emotional distress or dissatisfaction arising from the user's choice of text or design (e.g., choosing "Best Dad 2025" instead of "2026").

SECTION 3 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

SECTION 4 - PRODUCTS AND ACCURACY (QIKINK FULFILLMENT)

  • Color Accuracy: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate.

  • Size Guide: It is the customer's responsibility to check the provided size charts. We do not offer replacements for size issues.

  • Manufacturing Variations: Standard industry variations of ±0.5 inches in size and slight shifts in print placement are normal and are not considered defects.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND THIRD-PARTY FULFILLMENT

We use Qikink for printing and shipping.

  • Once an order is handed over to the courier (Delhivery, BlueDart, etc.), the delivery timeline is controlled by the carrier.

  • [ Hansika Adhyatmi ] is not liable for delays caused by logistics partners, weather, or incorrect address entries by the customer.

SECTION 6 - THE UNBOXING VIDEO REQUIREMENT

To protect against fraudulent claims and to satisfy our fulfillment partner's requirements, a clear, uncut unboxing video is mandatory to claim a replacement for damaged or missing items. This video must start from the sealed package and show the shipping label clearly.

SECTION 7 - PROHIBITED USES

In addition to other prohibitions, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:

  1. For any unlawful purpose.

  2. To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.

  3. To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.

SECTION 8 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no case shall [ Hansika Adhyatmi ], our directors, employees, or partners (including Qikink) be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits or replacement costs, arising from your use of any of our products.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Karnataka, India.
